Analisis Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) di Desa Bumi Harjo Kecamatan Pinang Raya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the development of Bumdes or Village-Owned Enterprises in Bumi Harjo Village, Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency so far. In qualitative research, researchers use descriptive methodology to identify research objects through purposive sampling, which takes into account certain factors to determine the sample. Data collection techniques including observation, interviews, reviews, and documentation collection are used to identify research data. The next step in the analysis is to reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. According to Handoko (2003) quoted in Ardana et al. (2009: 176), the theory put forward by Wendel French and Cecil Bell was used to analyze the research results. Based on the research that has been done, the results of the study indicate that the development strategy is seen from business opportunities and looking at the surrounding conditions. With the refill boiled water deposit business, this business is the focus of the development of BUMDes Mandiri Harjo for now. Factors that influence development such as budget factors: which affect the lack of budget funds, human resource (HR) factors: which indicate that there are BUMDes Mandiri Harjo administrators who hold concurrent positions, facility factors: which until now BUMDes Mandiri Harjo does not have an office or secretariat and Natural Resource (SDA) potential factors: which utilize land and assets in the village.
