Implementasi Program Pengenaan Sanksi Administratif Pada Peserta Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan Kota Bengkulu
Abstract
In this research, there were still many participants who did not pay at the Bengkulu City Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS), so they were subject to administrative sanctions in the form of written warnings and fines. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the imposition of administrative sanctions on participants of the Employment Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) in Bengkulu City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with 4 people as informants. This research method is observation, interviews and data analysis documentation used, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the administrative sanctions of the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Employment in Bengkulu City are currently running according to the rules stipulated in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 86 of 2013 which are given to participants who violate and are subject to administrative sanctions, some participants are subject to administrative sanctions . starting from written warning letters to fines. The imposition of sanctions received by participants who are in arrears is through a process that is not too complicated, supervisory officers and examiners show a good attitude and carry out their duties in accordance with the main duties and SOPs of the Employment Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) based on research results showing that most participants are subject to reprimand sanctions. written and fined.
