Implementasi Kebijakan Layanan Samsat Keliling dalam Meningkatkan Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di Samsat Kota Bengkulu
Abstract
This research examines the implementation of the mobile Samsat service policy in an effort to increase motor vehicle tax payments in Bengkulu City Samsat. The mobile Samsat service aims to facilitate public access to make vehicle tax payments by providing administrative services at strategic locations periodically. This research aims to determine the implementation of the mobile Samsat service policy in increasing motor vehicle tax payments at the Bengkulu City Samsat Office. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the implementation of the mobile Samsat service policy in increasing motor vehicle tax payments in Bengkulu City Samsat has not fully been able to meet the results of the policy implementation indicators. In terms of indicators, communication has gone well, where information about mobile Samsat service policies is conveyed via the official Samsat website, Instagram, and direct socialization. Resource indicators are still less than optimal where facilities and infrastructure are inadequate with only 2 vehicles, of which only 1 is operating. The disposition indicators are running well, where mobile Samsat officers carry out their duties well according to schedule, namely every Tuesday and Thursday from 08.00-14.00 WIB and 15.00-20.00 WIB, according to the provisions that have been determined. Then, from the indicators, the bureaucratic structure is running well, where the assignment of field officers uses an assignment letter from their superior and involves 2 people: 1 from the police and 1 from the local government.
