In the formulation of the problem to find out how teachers carry out their roles in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in Natural and Social Sciences subjects in grade 4 at MI Plus Nur Rahma, Bengkulu City. The method used is a qualitative method. The subjects and informants in this study were the principal, vice curriculum teacher, and homeroom teacher for grade IV. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a data analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman, in the form of data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) is as a guide, director, evaluator. The role of the teacher here is to guide, direct students in preparing the traditional dance. The teacher also plays a role in evaluating the project that has been carried out by students. Teachers and students also evaluate what is learned and achieved in the project. The conclusion through this P5 activity reveals the importance of the role of teachers in achieving the objectives of P5, especially in the field of science itself, and so that students are able to have academic intelligence but also have a strong character, and care about the social environment</p> 2025-03-12T10:52:07+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 SOSYAL: Journal of Social Science and Religion
