Pengaruh KKN Berbasis Mesjid Terhadap Pemberdayaan Lingkungan dan masyarakat Desa Margo Mulyo
Abstract
The Community Service Program (KKN) based in the mosque in Margo Mulyo Village was implemented with the aim of optimizing the role of the mosque as a center for social and educational activities within the community. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory approach, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions (FGDs) to collect data. The results indicate that the mosque-based KKN has a positive impact on increasing awareness of the recitation improvement (tahsin) of Surah Al-Fatihah, community participation in mosque cleanliness/greening activities, and the management of the TPQ (Qur'an Learning Center) renovation. Additionally, this program contributes to enhancing religious knowledge and fostering community solidarity through various empowerment activities. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the mosque-based KKN is effective in empowering the environment and the community of Margo Mulyo Village. Recommendations are made to expand the scope of this program and to enhance collaboration with relevant stakeholders so that its benefits can be more widely felt by the community.
