Upaya Peningkatan Pemahaman Pecegahan Bullying Melalui Sosialisasi Pada Anak di MIN 6 Seluma
Abstract
Bullying is one of the social problems that has a negative impact on children's mental and social development. This study aims to deepen elementary school students' understanding of efforts to prevent bullying behavior through educational activities in the form of socialization. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The socialization was carried out by students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) based on the mosque from the Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University (UINFAS) Bengkulu on March 17, 2025, targeting students in grades 4 to 6 at MIN 6 Seluma. The material provided includes the definition of bullying, various forms of bullying, its impact on victims and perpetrators, and preventive measures. The results of this socialization activity showed an increase in students' understanding, as seen from their active involvement in discussion and quiz sessions. This socialization activity has proven effective as a form of preventive approach in creating a safe and positive learning environment in elementary schools.
