Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Dalam Pembentukan Perdes Di Desa Masam Bulau Kecamatan Tanjung Sakti Pumi Kabupaten Lahat
Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the Village Consultative Body in the implementation of the formation of village regulations in Masam Bulau Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumi District, Lahat Regency and what are the inhibiting factors of the role of the Village Consultative Body in the Implementation of the Establishment of Perdes in Masam Bulau Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumi District, Lahat Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the Village Consultative Body in the Implementation of Village Regulation Formation in Masam Bulau Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumi District, Lahat Regency and to find out the Inhibiting Factors of the Village Consultative Body's Role in Implementing Village Regulation Formation in Masam Bulau Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumi District, Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach, namely a research method guided by facts that occur in the field based on the characteristics of qualitative research, namely the data collected in the form of words or images, so it does not emphasize numbers. The results of the research show that the Village Consultative Body in the Formation of Village Regulations in Masam Bulau Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumi District, Lahat Regency has implemented these three indicators, it just needs a little additional knowledge to be able to achieve even better performance and be able to produce good village regulations every time. year, and the community can comply with existing village regulations.
