Edukasi Komprehensif Pasar Modal Syariah dan Strategi Inklusi Keuangan di Kalangan Generasi Muda: Studi Empiris Keberhasilan KSPM UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta pada Kompetisi Nasional IDX 10 Days Challenge
Abstract
Enhancing Islamic capital market financial literacy and inclusion among the young demographic represents a pivotal national strategic priority in Indonesia. Despite continuous structural reforms executed by financial regulators, a substantial gap persists between conventional financial inclusion rates and active university student participation in the Islamic capital market, largely driven by religious uncertainties and complex administrative hurdles. This article analyzes a comprehensive, tiered educational framework alongside operational execution strategies implemented by the Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM) at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta during the national IDX 10 Days Challenge competition organized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Employing a mixed-methods action research approach integrated with service-learning, this community outreach intervention combined seamless digital e-KYC registration integration through PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, structured peer mentoring by trained student ambassadors, DSN-MUI Sharia compliance verification, and a targeted micro-capital incentive structure. The program generated 1,228 new Single Investor Identifications (SIDs) as an initial account-opening (onboarding) indicator, improved students' average financial literacy score from 31.0 to 80.2 with a high normalized gain (N-gain = 0.71) on a descriptive basis, and secured 1st Place at the National Level. This study presents a potentially scalable and replicable financial inclusion framework model for higher education institutions seeking to empower digital-native students through practical Sharia financial education and active investment engagement, subject to the methodological limitations discussed in the manuscript..
