Implementasi Kebijakan Pembuatan Akta Kelahiran dari Perkawinan Siri di Kantor Dinas Penyelenggaraan Pendaftaran Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bengkulu
Abstract
This study aims to implement the policy of making birth certificates from unregistered marriages at the Office of Civil Registration and Registration of Bengkulu City. Based on data from the Dukcapil of Bengkulu City, 2023, in the last 6 months there have been 10 children who have been processed for certificates with unregistered marriages where the process is by taking care of it directly at the Dukcapil office and the child from the unregistered marriage does not have his father's name listed but only becomes the mother's child and on the certificate only his mother's name is listed. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Descriptive research is research that only describes a symptom, not intended to examine the hypothesis but rather to describe what a variable is. This study will attempt to explain the conditions or facts of findings that occur naturally with a more in-depth policy implementation regarding the Making of Birth Certificates from Unregistered Marriages at the Office of Civil Registration and Registration of Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Bengkulu City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2017 Article 40 Concerning the Implementation of Population Registration and Civil Registration. In the implementation of the executors of the making of birth certificates from unregistered marriages have standards and policy targets that have been running with the main target being the community with SOP.
