JOURNAL HISTORY

The Sharia Economic and Management Business Journal (SEMBJ) was born out of the Darussalam Bengkulu Foundation's commitment to supporting the development of Sharia-based economics and management in Indonesia. First published in 2019, the journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, and practitioners to disseminate research findings and innovative thinking in the fields of Islamic economics and business.

With a focus on Sharia accounting, Islamic banking, Islamic financial management, and Sharia-based business ethics, SEMBJ addresses the need for relevant and high-quality scholarly publications amidst the rapid growth of the Sharia finance and business sectors in Indonesia.

Since its inception, SEMBJ has implemented a peer-review system to ensure the quality of every published article. The journal is published regularly, three times a year (February, June, and October), and is indexed by Google Scholar. It collaborates with the Center for Scientific Publication, Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University of Bengkulu.

With ISSN 2774-2679, SEMBJ continues to grow as a leading reference journal in the field of Islamic economics and management, both nationally and internationally.

If you require a longer version or would like it customized to your institution's profile, I can assist with that as well.
