PENGARUH PERHATIAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (PAI) SISWA KELAS VII DI SMPN 01 BENGKULU UTARA
Abstract
The problem in this research is that the motivation to learn in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is still low so it requires attention from parents because parental attention is something that is needed for a child in helping his development in learning. By giving attention to children will feel more motivated and enthusiastic in learning. By paying attention to parents, children will feel more motivated in learning and children will be enthusiastic in learning. By paying attention to parents, children will feel more motivated in learning because with the attention of parents, children will be enthusiastic in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention on learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Class VII students at SMPN 01 Bengkulu North. This research was conducted by quantitative research using the expost facto method. The population in this study amounted to 318 students and the samples in this study was parents and 32 students at SMPN 01 Bengkulu North. Data collection techniques in this study are by using observation, interviews, documentation, and questioinnaires. The data analysis technique was analyzed by using the product moment. From the results and data analysis, it can be concluded that the calculated data obtained the magnitude of rcount that is 0.365 with rtable at a significant level of 5% of 0.349. This shows that rcount > rtable (0.365 > 0.349). Thus, the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, namely that there is an influence of parental attention on learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), while the null hypothesis (Ho) is Rejected.
