This journal charges author fees as follows.

Article Submission Fee (ASC): 0.00 (IDR)
Article Publication Fee (APC): 250,000 (IDR) or 20 (US), If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs.

Another additional cost is paraphrasing to reduce plagiarism which is adjusted if necessary.

Waiver Policy. If you do not have the funds to pay these fees, you will have the opportunity to waive any fees. We don't want costs to get in the way of publishing worthy work. Please contact us for a fee waiver.
