Abstract

This The purpose of this study was to create a model for assessing the Pancasila Education learning process using Marzano's Taxonomy, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. This study used a research and development approach. The test subjects were teachers, principals, and supervisors. Questionnaires and observation sheets functioned as data collection tools. The development process consisted of four stages: (1) initial study; (2) development planning and validation; (3) testing; and (4) product finalization. The experiment was conducted in three stages, with the number of participants increasing at each step. The assessment instruments included; learning design assessment tools, learning implementation, and assessment implementation. Content validity was tested using Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Factor analysis was used to determine construct validity, while the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) was used to estimate its reliability. The results showed that the application of the Marzano Taxonomy assessment model was relevant to activity-based Pancasila Education learning. Teachers and practitioners believe that the assessment paradigm based on Marzano's Taxonomy is useful in the practice of Pancasila Education learning.
